Protect Documents, Files & Folders

To add an additional layer of security on your hard work, there are a variety of ways to protect your files and folders. 

When we say we’re “password protecting” a file, we generally mean we’re encrypting the file so it can’t be de-crypted and understood without your encryption password. That’s the most secure way to password protect files.

We can also make sure the folder our files are stored in is "Read Only".  

Use this handout to protect and secure your work. 

Photo Story 3 & Converting Files

 I have added a handout for using Microsoft Photo Story 3

and converting the wmv file to an avi file. 
This should make "editing" and "adding music" much easier.  If you really like this easy to use digital tool, you can download a copy for free from Microsoft. It's all in this handout - which you can print from here.
